We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room had a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from the window, which made our stay truly unforgettable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to the train station and made transportation easy. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the man who helped us check-in. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

Great location very near the Mt Fuji station. Great view of the mountain (if you are on the right side).
No wifi in rooms (only on reception floor). Pretty grubby with smoke stains etc. Air con was hit-and-miss.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only 2 stops away from Kawaguchiko station. the rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. the view of Mount Fuji from the window is absolutely unforgettable.
Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with cleanliness, such as trash under the bed and uncleaned tissues.

The room was spacious enough to accommodate four people comfortably. We loved the view from our window, it was a highlight of our city break. the hotel's location was perfect as it was only two stops away from the main station.
We had a bit of trouble with breakfast as there was no menu provided, so we ended up ordering blindly. This resulted in my partner not enjoying the breakfast so we felt like we wasted our money.

The room was spacious and perfect for a group of four. The view of Mount Fuji from the window was absolutely unforgettable. The location of the hotel was excellent, just two stops away from Kawaguchiko station, making it super convenient for transportation.
There was no breakfast menu available, so we ended up paying for breakfast without knowing what we would be eating. , the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we found some trash under the bed that hadn't been cleaned up.
